Shipping Info: As of 01.02.2021 all orders outside Germany will be shipped via registered mail only. A tracking number for Deutsche Post/DHL will be supplied. This results in an increase of postage rates, sorry.
Return Policy: Please report damages on orders within 10 days after receiving the item in the form of a short description and a photo. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the postal service (ie smashed or stepped upon parcels, etc.). We will try to find a solution in any case.
